2130 3rd Street – UCSF Child, Teen & Family Center and Department of Psychiatry

2130 3rd Street is a 5-story post tension concrete structure to house the UCSF Child, Teen & Family Center and Department of Psychiatry group. The building features a central atrium, ground floor retail, auditorium, patient care rooms and executive and administrative work areas. The build-out is OSHPD III with high-end finishes.

Upon completion, 2130 3rd Street – UCSF will apply to become LEED Gold certified.
